As I write this post the pasteuriser is cooling our milk down after pasteurising it for the first time. Which is so exciting. The milk will be collected as a sample to be sent to the lab to ensure all the equipment it working correctly and that is has pasteurised. Before we can start selling it to you.
We have been working really hard behind the scenes getting the shed/pasteurising room ready for opening. The coffee machine is being set up by a barista this week. To ensure our coffee is super tasty with our choice of organic Rave coffee beans. The final piece we have been waiting for - the milk vending machine is also due to arrive this week.
The health officer is due to come the second week in August to run through everything with us and give us a date when we can open our doors. Then we get started!
