Back to school we go! I hope the little ones are settling in well to the routines and new teachers.
Mornings can always feel like a bit of a rush.
So we have put some breakfast ideas together which are quick and easy.
First up we have a tasty smoothie which is super tasty and filling.
Ingredients
400g Moos on Thames Milk
1 banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbsp Bees on Thames honey
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
Wizz it up for about a minute. Until it is smooth.
Then pour into glasses.
A really tasty drink. Bryn thought it tasted like banana bread. Yum.
Next up we have
Eggs on Toast

This is my go to every morning.
Ingredients
Chooks on Thames eggs
Sourdough or tasty bread
Butter
Avocado (optional)
I fry up my eggs on a grill pan with out any oil.
Then toast the bread.
Once the bread pops the eggs are about done and still runny.
Butter the toast.
Use half an avocado chop it up and place onto the toast.
Place the eggs on top.
Salt and pepper then you are good to go.
Lastly...
It is pancakes!!
You could make up this batter the night before then make the pancakes in the morning.
Ingredients -
50g butter
300g (Moos on Thames) milk
2 eggs
30g sugar
200g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Place butter into the mixing bowl and melt it down.
Add milk, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Then mix the ingredients together.
Heat up your frying pan with a bit of extra butter in so they do not stick.
Use a ladle and pour the batter onto the frying pan.
Let it cook for 1-2 minutes then flip and cook it for another minute on the other side.
Set the pancake on a warm plate and cover while you make the rest of the pancakes. (Or just eat it straight away)
Here we have it three super tasty breakfast ideas. Which one would you choose?
